Yes it will fit but you will have to change the intake manafold cause the
ports donot line up, I have already been threw this once before myself. was
not a fun at all.. it all look right when it is bolted up but id you look
close you will see that the ports are over lapped, and when you go to put
coolant in it starts to leak from the intake side of the head....
