It's just what we need...another unenforceable law. I live in Orlando and
the LAST thing we need is the traffic cops paying more attention to who is
on the blower than to who is having a fit of road rage.

You will have to use a hands free device. But I'd like to know whats the
difference, when you would still have to dial the number. The dialing part

when people take their eyes off the road....In N.Y. its legal and illegal in
