Colleagues, The Surviving Sepsis Campaign is in the process of updating the Microsoft Access data tool software many hospitals are using to evaluate their own SSC bundle compliance and related mortality. As such, a few moments of your time to complete a very short survey via the link below to help us better understand field technology requirements is deeply appreciated. If your institution developed a separate internal data collection system and does not intend to use the updated SSC data collection tool, we would ask that you still complete the survey. The survey will inform of the most commonly engaged operating systems and software versions in hospital use across the world. If you are not the data collection professional or perhaps do not know the answers to the survey, it would be most appreciated if you could pass the link along to either your IT department or the data department and encourage them to complete the survey. Survey respondents cannot be identified with any particular institution. Regarding availability of the revised data tool, we project a release either late 2012 or very early 2013.
Many thanks for your time. The survey will close on August 6. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2FG6YVB Questions may be sent to my attention: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>. Lori Lori A.
