We use hidrocortisone when we are having problems to maintain A good perfusion. 
( fluids all ready used), hipotensión, lactate etc. Sometimes seric cortisol is 
normal o event high. But most of the time may be low

I havent check the new sepsis guides, in the 2008 the say fluidocortisone ir 
hidrocortisone 300 mg and then 100 mas every 8 hrs
