We have been screening patients on the adult non-critical care units for the past 6-8 months utilizing an Early Warning Score and our Rapid Response Team. We are starting to work on a process for our adult critical care units. Does anyone have a screening tool and policy/protocol they have successfully used in the critical care areas.
