Hi All, Does anyone have sepsis screening criteria that is tailored to Oncology or Transplant Patients that they would be willing to share? We are looking to spreading sepsis screening from pilot units to the rest of the organization with a high volume of Oncology and Transplant patients, and are thinking that the usual SIRS criteria may miss or over identify patients as a positive screen.
