Colleagues, Thank you for your continued interest in the SSC. We are at work developing the new data collection tool (V2) and are in the testing phase now. As we move ahead, we appreciate your patience and project that we may have the tool available for downloading sometime in late April or early May. There are no fees associated with the downloading or use of the tool. Many thanks to Christa Schorr, Susan Regan and Bob Timlin for their diligence in modifying and testing the tool. Keep an eye on this list serv and the website for updates including an instructional webcast provided free and sponsored by a grant from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation. The webcast will be recorded for later viewing as a tutorial.
SCCM and ESICM are creating a library of job descriptions (sepsis nurse, sepsis RRT and the like), protocols, checklists, order sets and other tools for implementation of the new bundles on the SSC website. As you refine your tools and then determine readiness to share, please submit them to the list serv or to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>. We will post them as curated/shared content. Finally if you have a story to tell be it operational or patient oriented, we invite you to share this story with the SSC community. Pictures of your team are welcome. Use the same submission channels as mentioned here. Keep up the good work - your efforts are sincerely appreciated. All the best, Lori Lori A.
