Good morning Looking for ideas either on paper or EMR on how to create a good sepsis screening tool for our patients that walk into triage We have an RN as the first person to see patients as they enter and our triage is currently on paper while the rest if the ED is EMR We plan on building the triage portion soon but want to start addressing this since SSC finally gave us what their definition of "time zero" was ... Greatly appreciated ... Any help and direction would be helpful Also interested in EPIC program Any guidance or info, we currently have Sorian ( Semans) for EMR
