Hello, We are trying to roll out sepsis screening in the pre-hospital setting. This would be in ambulances prior to ED arrival and direct transfers. Wondering if anyone would be willing to share how they accomplish screening best. Currently our ambulance agencies don't do temperature in the ambulance. This is an obvious barrier to proper screening, but I'm wondering how others are dealing with this? Also a paper tool seems to be not the best for the many ambulance agencies that serve our hospital. Can anyone share the best method of doing this? As always thanks in advance,
