Colleagues,

Happy New Year from the Surviving Sepsis Campaign. 2015 will be an exciting
year for the Campaign and we hope you will join us in the many opportunities to
be engaged. You may wish to follow the Campaign's facebook page which now has
8600 likes. We see some families have joined to share their stories in this
open forum which reminds us all of the heart and soul of the Campaign - the
patients and families we serve worldwide.

Two new posts in January include a video on the impact of the Campaign
featuring our colleague Dr. Ricard Ferrer Roca in an ESICM icTV Update. Also
posted yesterday a link to an editorial from Dr. Mitchell Levy, Early
Goal-directed Therapy: What do we do Now? Featured in late December is a SCCM
iCrticial Care Podcast, Pediatric Severe Sepsis in U.S. Children's Hospitals
interview with Fran Balamuth, MD, PhD. On this site you will find frequent
materials to engage your clinical, quality and scientific minds from a number
of sources.

Best wishes for a great 2015 and let's keep the conversation going.
