We have a paediatric Sepsis Six tool here in the UK, and are working with the 
Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health to produce a toolkit around this 
by September. We'll be working on tools for neonates, under 5s and older 
children. I'm sure others are doing similar, watch this space!
