I'm perplexed why the transfer element is not the first data element to exclude the patient?
Instead the element about patient refusal ( sorry I forget the element name) is first which requires an entire chart search. These LOS can be long. That doesn't really make sense to me if you can otherwise quickly eliminate a transfer patient. Am I missing something?
