Similarly, what about patients that come into the ED and received fluids from 
EMS prior to arrival?
We don't ever have times for this. We will just have "Pt given 1L of fluids by 
EMS prior to arrival" or "2 L infusing upon arrival".
Should we use them, and if so what time would we list for crystalloid infusion 
time?
