Hi All, We are rolling out the education and use of the sepsis bundle within our hospital. I was wondering what other areas are doing in relation to the rescreening of the sepsis patient. For example a sepsis patient has triggered and been treated for sepsis 10-12 hours ago but now is again triggering positive for sepsis. Do you start a new screening tool ? Often these patients may be sick neutropenic patients with complex back rounds. Appreciate all suggestions as this is a new drive and we are still tweaking the tool.
