Good Morning Marlene, We have developed a Sepsis Call Down procedure and a tool for the nurses to use during the Call Down. We made it two sided for their convenience. We do not have a policy but we do have a procedure and it is an expectation that the tool be used to assist in meeting the necessary elements of the care.
