I am looking for articles/information to support the administration of
crystalloids to patients who have a hx of CHF, CRF, elevated BNP etc. . The use
of PLR, echo, CVP to determine fluid volume status but also the consequences if
patient do not receive the IVF resuscitation. Our facility is discussing
ordering the NICOM Cheetah to use in the ED and ICU to help determine fluid
volume status. If anyone has experience with it I would love your feedback.
