In Lieu of all the recent research regarding fluids and which to use in the septic population – Is there any idea what the guidelines will be promoting with the next update? I try to stick with the guidelines for changes in practice but wondered if this is something we should change moving forward immediately?? What are others doing? Do we just say used a more balanced solution of LR or Plasmalyte??
