Hello,

One of our biggest pitfalls at our organization is the repeat volume status &
tissue perfusion assessment, despite having power notes available and feedback
guidance etc. around attestations statements.

Any thoughts if it's acceptable ?? I have reviewed the "find an answer" in QNET
and their responses are vague. My fellow team members are split in decision on
whether its acceptable or not to qualify as a "Yes repeat volume status and
tissue perfusion assessment performed"
