Hello All, My hospital is lucky enough to have a Sepsis Nurse who performs concurrent review. As a result we have pretty darn good sepsis bundle results. We are always trying to improve our success rate so because I am new to this listserv, I thought I'd ask if anyone out there would be willing to share what their Sepsis Nurse does, their workflow, and role description.
