I've been waiting for this the whole time.
Are primary key, unique, & foreign key constraints supported as well?
The reason I ask is because sometimes, primary keys & foreigns keys
overlap, making it impossible to defined except via constraints.
Also, it would be nice to be able to name all the constraints to what
I want.
