We're using sequoia 2.10 RAIDB 0-1 architecture and get the following
error on starting the controller (Raidb-0)
Using 'values 1' to access PostgreSQL backends seems to be wrong (this
is the value usually used for Derby). You should use 'select now()' for
PostgreSQL as found in the example files.
