Re-organize all demo files in a self-contained directory

The demo files are currently split in many files that can be found in:
- bin/demo for the startup and console scripts (dynamically relocated to /demo
later on)
- config/virtualdatabase and config/controller for config files
I propose to locate all demo related files in /demo with:
- /demo: .sh and .bat files with README.txt
- /demo/config: controller and virtual database config files for the demo
- /demo/scripts: console scripts for the demo
More over, the distributed demo script should be in a single .sh file instead
of 3 of them.
