Hi Stephan,

I’m using Sequoia with JBOSS in a distributed environment. When an error occurs in Sequoia e.g. a Lock wait timeout on the database, I receive the following exception at my client:

…writing aborted; _java.io.NotSerializableException_: org.continuent.sequoia.common.exceptions.driver.protocol.SerializableStackTraceElement…

Is the SerializableStackTraceElement not Serializable??

Could you provide the full stack trace?
There is probably one element in the stack that cannot be serialized. That might be an exception from the underlying driver but i'ts just a guess.

Keep us posted,
Emmanuel
