Alex,
The controller retrieve this information from the recovery log. So as
your previous configuration was using a SingleDB, the controller might
just be confused by garbage left in the recovery log dbs. Try to delete
all previous recovery log db content you may have left on disk before
starting the controllers. That should do the trick.
