In order to simplify database backend definitions, preconfigured database
backend implementations (tailored for a specific database) should be loadable
to prevent configuration mistakes by users.
A fallback to the current DatabaseBackend definition should be possible through
a generic database backend implementation for databases without specific
implementation.
