Fix For: Sequoia 4.0
The controller command line options that allow to override the controller IP
address, port number and JMX configuration are removed for multiple reasons:
- it unecessarily makes the code more complex
- the runtime configuration becomes different from the file contained in the
configuration file (too much confusion there)
- not used in practice
The -f command is however kept to specify an alternate configuration file to
load from.
