reset sql stats command does not reset the stats

The 'reset sql stats' command is currently implemented as disable+enable which
just switch a boolean without resetting the stats.
I suggest that we keep the command to activate and de-activate the stats in the
JMX API as it currently is. I don't think that turning stats off should reset
them so we need to add an explicit new JMX call to the existing clean stats
function.
