This backuper requires 'expect' to be installed on the machine. You can
find rpms for most distributions at
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=expect

java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "expect": java.io.IOException:

Expect is used to feed the password to pg_dump and diagnose the output.
