Salve,

I just went through the meta files of the SER 2.0 release branch
(README, INSTALL, and all that). Here is what I think the status is.

o INSTALL. I made a revised version. Was mostly cleanup and
reformating for better readability. However, there are some
XXX comments in there which we (ie., the core developers) should
have a look at before a release.

o README. Just reformated, otherwise seems okay

o README-MODULES. States that it is not used anymore. Remove?

o AUTHORS, COPYING, CREDITS. Look okay to me. However, COPYING has
a note of the other licenses available through iptel.org. Is this
      still the case?

o TODO, ISSUES. Seem rather old. We are using a ticketing system
      now, anyways. Remove?

o NEWS. Someone should probably have a quick look if it is complete
      (or at least completish).

One issue is the reference to iptel.org/ser that is in many of these
files. As a move to sip-router.org is quite some work, I suggest we
let things stay at iptel.org for the 2.0 release, release it soon and
then move to sip-router.org for the 2.1 release.

Regards,
Martin
