Update to support PCAP recording functionality:
o On Linux the _BSD_SOURCE needs to be defined to make layout of
udphdr structure compatible with BSD;
o On Linux -std=gnu99 needs to be passed to gcc(1) in order to get
C99-compatible functions from the math.h defined.
