make cfg group_include="standard presence"; make all
..doesn't actually build the presence modules. This happens because
'exclude_modules' var is re-evaluated, before including the modules.lst.
Attached patch:
- changes inclusion position, to avoid re-evaluation
- removes from Makefile modules no longer in CVS
- adds some presence modules to list of not compilable modules
- adds the removal of modules.lst to the proper target (so that tree remains
pristine).
