what mail client do you use that allows you to setup multiple outgoing servers like this?
Outlook. I have a dozen different accounts, with different servers and/or identities (@apache, @devtech, @other-organizations). My brother uses Mozilla, and it supports similar AFAIK.
Yes, it does:
Edit > Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings > Outgoing Server (SMTP) > Advanced
