Environment: windows 98 

Description:
i am using 
1)java 2 runtime environment,SE v1.4.0
2)java 2 sdk,SE v1.4.0
3)java webstart

as shown in control panel add/remove programmes after installing 
j2re-1_4_1_07-windows-j586.exe in e:\java

1,2,3 denotes java installed under e:\java

4)i have windows 98 second edition
5)i have downloaded james-win-phoenix-2.1.3-src.zip and placd it at d:apache\pkjames

now 

6)JAVA_HOME=e:\java

i give command build

build is successfull ,but with th following errors

exception in thread "main" java.util.zip.zipException the system cannot find the path 
specified  
       at java.util.zip.zipfile.open(Native Method)
       at java.util.zip.zipfile.<init>(Zip File.java:112)
       at java.util.jar.jarfile.<init>(jar file.java:117)
       at java.util.jar.jarfile.<init>(jar file.java:55)

i also want to know whether

PHOENIX_HOME=d:/apache/pkjames/dist/james-2.1.3


thn when i do run.bat the system says phoenix_home is not set???
