No one did anything recently (which may be the problem). The reason we're
finally getting Gump notices is that the pre-requisite projects are finally
building. So now Gump gets to attempt building James.
I'd rather we get it fixed. How hard can it be? ;-) FWIW, we all have
commit access to the GUMP build scripts.
