Plus.. the binary is binary compatible with both JDBC 2 & 3, as James
itself only depends upon the commonality between JDBC 2&3

I'd say to ignore it and leave it.  That is for mordred, which is
deprecated.  We are trying to rely upon DBCP now, but leaving mordred in
place just in case.
