You are correct if you look at trunk, but that is because I only merged over the code that is currently active and used. Actually, there ARE some tests, but no one uses them, they were never really fleshed out, and they aren't necessary or integrated with the build process. But they do exist, as you can see from:

The only code in trunk should be active code. There may not be to much involved in resurrecting them.
