James developers in general can be referred to as sponsors for any SoC
proposals that have been discussed here or posted on the wiki.
I'd be happy to sponsor _anyone_ who wants to tackle the FastFail project.
(Because the alternative is to do it myself!) but there is realistically
only scope for one person there.
