I don't know if you're aware, but I also use postal, rabid and an smtp-sink
I extracted from postfix for my load testing.

Same here, but I often run them for a minimum of 24 hours, and often longer,
to make sure that things are stable, e.g., that we haven't introduced a
memory leak.
