YES as it solve problems with SMIME and we probably already done this with
the upgrade to dnsjava-2.0.0.

I thi we should link to http://www.bouncycastle.org/latest_releases.html
from the config.xml section where we put sample usage of the SMIME mailets.
We could add to the distro when/if asf lawyers will give us the permission!

I'm for 2.3.0 (see why in the previous message), but I'm happy with 3.0.0
too.

I would like to remove it but I'm happy anyway.

I'm not sure about this. I think we should insert it as an option by now: I
don't like releasing as default a feature I never used before this week. I
would probably go for "derby as an option" if we ship as 2.3.0 and with
"derby as default" if we ship 3.0.0.
