I notice when working on spool management commands that the RemoteDelivery
mailet throws an Exception if the message_error was set to "0" and the
message_state is "error" . I wrote a patch to let it try to deliver the email
immediately if the error_message is "0" and the message_state is "error". So it
will throw no exception and set it to "1" if the retry fails.
