We ought to be able to fix this in the next release after v2.3, i.e., v2.4 or
v3.
My suggestion is that we add a SuppressDuplicateRCPT command handler attached
to the RCPT chain.
I like this idea.
We may also create a Mailet for this or have a system flag to handle
duplicate/single recipients in Mail (MailImpl) object.
