i will take any opportunity to do that but due to my lack of
connectivity it will take some time :-/
Sometimes ago I created a pom.xml and a site folder for postage. It is
not complete but it builds and it creates a 2 pages site (copy&paste
from your wiki docs) that we could start including in our current site
under the postage folder.
Should I commit it?

We should also update the source file headers/README/LICENSE/NOTIFY
following the new ASF requirement. I can do this as I already know (or
at least I hope so) what to do, but I'll do this the last week of August.
That would be cool :-)
