Well, I was +1 before I received the OOM problems, so I'm still +1. My only
concern is whether or not updating Connector/J did resolve the problem.
I was about to post:
Since prior runs where stable for a week before spiking up,
without a better understanding of why that was happening,
the fact that my current run is also stable does not mean
that it won't spike up this weekend.
We can release now on the basis that no one else is seeing
a problem, or we can wait to see if the problem repeats.
Personally, I don't find any of this satisfying, and want
to identify what was really going wrong, but I don't have
time this week, so we either release as-is or wait.
But in the past 1 hour, my memory usage jumped from 116MB to 122MB. :-(
