Unfortunately mstor does not support any UID capabilities. So it is not suitable as an IMAP backend. And I guess it does not fully support the needed flags. At the moment I would be +0 for including javamailstore-mailrepository into trunk because I hope for a new API in James that fits the needs of JavaMail a bit better. The current "client" generated permanent key in MailRepository is totally incompatible with the requirements of mbox, IMAP and JavaMail.
