Folder creation in IMAP not work

Hi all,
i started to test the imap stuff to be able to give some feedback. So
far the "normal" mail delivery in the inbox works :-)
Now i have to problems:
1. i created a new folder in the inbox which i named "test". But in my
"thunderbird" i see the folder is created with name: "INBOX^test".
2. i tried to move a message to this folder an get the follow error
message: "[TRYCREATE] UID failed".
Anyway nice work joachim. I had no time yet to have a deeper look in the
source code :-(
