People interested in testing this, please note that the "site" referred
by Noel is his home on minotaur and not what is accessible via www.
Via http on people.a.o you will find an old 2.3.0rc3 (don't test it!)
I downloaded and tested the following things under windows:
- src without phoenix: ant correctly build the sar
- src with phoenix: ant correctly build the distro
- bin: run with both jre 1.4.2 and jdk 1.5.0 works
