Stefano Bagnara resolved JAMES-595.

Resolution: Fixed
Renamed everything but the sar.
The sar name is still "james.sar" to achieve better backward compatibility.
We'll change this in a later non-backward-compatible release: just cloned this
issue to JAMES-683 for the remaining sub-task.
