I thought you would say something like this! As things stand, you are right.

It is rather retro technology, but I guess its technology all committers are
equipped with in order to deliver to their work.

I'm sure we could advance the technology if we chose to, but right now
what's important is delivering the STATUS file. Looking at the commits, I
see we are beginning to. Cool!
