Here are my current results.
I came quite far and everything comes up. I don't know how much is actually
working.
At the moment the SpoolManager is causing NPEs in a infinite loop. And yeah, I
had a SIGSEGV! :-)
I won't hesitate to commit it directly in the sandbox but the moment it might
break james 2.3 and I hadn't more time.
But I guess that will be my first task even before it is fully running with
trunk. (But without breaking 2.3)
