Create an Ant build for the Spring based Distribution

Maybe it is possible to create an additional build-spring.xml that get's called
from build.xml. Current build.xml shouldn't get more blown up with non-core
tasks.
More is likely to follow like creating an experimental OSGi bundle.
The build file could transform the path names for the included files in
config.xml
This step includes moving the gluecode from sandbox to trunk
